Use of Non Destructive Testing

Visual inspections are conducted at every phase of the project as our primary inspection method. We employ Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing on structural steel connections to ensure the highest quality workmanship of all components.

2G's Structural Inspections & Consulting Inc. was founded in 2012 by Gregg Gruber, initially with one inspector, driven by a vision to elevate professionalism and expertise within the construction inspection field. Recognizing a gap in these areas, we aimed to enhance inspection quality and service. In 2015, the company was formally incorporated to establish an online presence due to rapid growth.

Since our inception, we have achieved significant success throughout the New York tri-state area. Our portfolio includes private projects exceeding $150 million in value, alongside inspections for municipal, city, and state entities. We have also collaborated with other testing agencies on various projects as needed. Looking ahead, we are enthusiastic about continuing our growth and impact well into the next decade.
